1  Acceptance of Terms

You May Not:

14  Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting us in good faith at support@apnatp.in. We aim to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving written notice.

15  Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ApnaTP regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
