Apna Teen Patti and all ApnaTP games are social entertainment games intended for fun purposes only. They operate exclusively with virtual chips/coins that have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or any transferable assets, and do not constitute real-money gambling in any form. Gameplay outcomes do not predict or reflect real gambling performance.

6  Virtual Currency & In-Game Items

All coins, chips, and in-game items in ApnaTP games are virtual assets governed by the following rules:

  • They have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or services.
  • They are non-transferable outside the game ecosystem.
  • They may be modified, expired, or reset as part of promotional game mechanics.
No real-money gambling. ApnaTP is a social entertainment platform. No purchase is necessary to play, and no in-game item or outcome has monetary value.

7  Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

8  International Data Transfers

  • localStorage data — stored only in your browser; persists until you clear your browser data.

11  Children's Privacy

Our mobile games (Apna Teen Patti, Apna Rummy) are intended for adults or users meeting the legal age requirement in their jurisdiction. The ApnaTP website is intended for users aged 13 and above.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region). Our browser games require no registration, so children can play without submitting any personal data.

If you believe a minor has submitted personal data to us, please contact us at support@apnatp.in and we will delete it promptly.

12  Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information — including HTTPS encryption, restricted server access, and crash monitoring via Firebase Crashlytics. However, no internet transmission or digital storage system is 100% secure. We encourage you to contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or mobile apps after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
