1  How to Request Deletion

Use either method. Both reach the same team and are handled the same way.

Option A — Deletion request form (fastest)

The form asks for the app name, your Player ID (see below) and, if you signed in with Facebook or Google, the email address on that account so we can verify the request.

Option B — Email

Email support@apnatp.in with the subject line "Data deletion request" and include:

• The app: Apna Rummy, Apna Teen Patti or Apna Callbreak.
• Your Player ID.
• The email address linked to your Facebook or Google account, if you used one to sign in.

Finding your Player ID

Open the app → tap your avatar at the top-left of the Home screen → your Player ID (for example #29BC96DF) is shown under your name, with a copy button beside it.

2  What Gets Deleted

When your request is verified we delete or irreversibly anonymise:

• Your player account, display name, avatar and Player ID.
• Facebook Login data: your Facebook app-scoped ID, name, profile picture, email address and the list of Facebook friends matched to player accounts.
• Google sign-in identity, if used.
• In-game friends, private-room history, chat and support conversations.
• Virtual chip balances, purchases of virtual items, game history and statistics. Virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be refunded or restored after deletion.
• Device identifiers and push-notification tokens linked to the account.

Some records must be kept for a limited time where the law requires it — for example payment records for virtual-item purchases (tax and accounting law) and fraud-prevention logs. These are kept only as long as required and are not used for any other purpose.

3  Timeline

• We acknowledge your request within 24 working hours.
• We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address on file, to protect your account from deletion by someone else.
• Deletion is completed within 30 days of verification. Backups are purged on their normal rotation, within a further 30 days.
• We email you when it is done.

4  Removing the App from Facebook

Deleting your account with us removes the Facebook data we hold. To also stop Facebook from sharing data with us in future, remove the app on Facebook's side:

• Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
• Find Apna Rummy (or Apna Teen Patti / Apna Callbreak) → Remove.
• Facebook offers to delete posts, videos or events the app made on your behalf. Our apps never post on your behalf, so there is nothing further to remove.

Removing the app on Facebook alone does not delete your player account with us. Use Section 1 for that.

5  Just Want to Log Out or Unlink?

If you only want to stop using Facebook on one device, open the app → tap your avatar → Log out. Your account and data stay intact, and you can sign back in later. Playing as a guest afterwards creates a separate guest account on that device.
